国际刑事法庭对以色列总理内塔尼亚胡申请逮捕令之后，英国保守党政府一直没有表态支持，但是新上台的工党政府日前公开支持这一逮捕禁令。这意味着以色列总理如果前往英国（在逮捕令批准的情况下可能）会被逮捕。英国工党政府这一举动与美国民主党政府完全背道而驰。
